Goals Solutions is an HR Consultancy and Life Coaching / Counselling Company based in Essex providing a strictly confidential and non-judgmental service either face to face, by phone, by email or over the net making location not an obstacle.

Through Goals HR Solutions we provide Generalist HR Consultancy Solutions aimed specifically at small/medium sized companies within the Essex and London areas who may either have no or limited HR functionality; for instance, providing an HR health-check, advising on the latest developments in employment law, working on tribunal cases or recommending Best Practice HR policies and procedures designed to improve our clients' management control. In addition, we provide Executive Coaching, Staff Counselling as well as HR Mentoring Services. We tailor our solutions to meet our clients' HR needs.

At Goals HR Solutions we pride ourselves on having a thorough understanding of the realities of running a business in today's competitive environment, allowing us to have a practical and pragmatic view of our clients' concerns, enabling us to work with them to resolve their HR matters in a complete and satisfactory manner. By acting as their business partner we are able to deliver practical HR solutions tailored to meet our clients' companies' needs, budget, style, culture, size and stage of growth. The services we provide range from a full outsourced HR service through to specific projects focused on meeting a current HR need.

Through Goals Life Coaching we provide strictly confidential and non-judgmental life coaching and counselling which are about helping individuals uncover their true potential by overcoming obstacles, enabling them to achieve their goals and ambitions. Additionally, we provide employment law guidance and advice helping our clients resolve conflicts/problems at work and/or better understand their contracts of employment.

Employment law is complex and it changes almost daily. Few people have a clear understanding of their rights at work and normally do not consider this a problem, until they believe their employer is treating them unfairly, or they experience a problem or conflict at work.

At Goals Life Coaching we help our clients explore the options and alternatives available to them and we can even refer them to a qualified Employment Lawyer should this be necessary. We provide our services either face to face, via the telephone, or the internet.

I am the business owner and lead provider of the business services. I have a clear vision, a set of values and an extensive network offering complementary services that drive me to work with my clients in a way that is inspiring, motivating and empowering.

I have been in HR for over 15 years. I have extensive experience and knowledge gained from working in HR in the Investment Banking and Legal Sectors in London & Essex, both in large corporations and small businesses. I have an MA in Human Resource Management; I am an active Committee Member of the SEE CIPD branch (South East Essex, Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development) and a MInstLM Member of ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management). I am qualified and competent in both Business Performance Coaching and NLP. I am hugely passionate about creative HR, Employment Law, Personal Coaching and Leadership Mentoring.

My knowledge and expertise of Employment Law have enabled me to save companies £000's by being proactive and commercially driven and thus able to sort out HR issues before they escalate to "the serious problem" stage.

My training and experiences in Coaching, Mentoring and Counselling have led me to believe that effective coaching and counselling needs to take into account the person as a whole and not just by focusing on isolated issues. Successful coaching is about helping people understand themselves better, sorting out what is holding them back and ascertaining ways forward with confidence, whilst at the same time removing any barriers to progress.

The duty on the side of the Client is that the Client must be honest with Goals Solutions at all times so that the advice and support they receive is built upon accurate premises.
