Goals Solutions Ltd is a Counselling, Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching and HR Consultancy Company based in Essex providing a strictly confidential and non-judgmental service to corporate clients and private individuals, either face to face, by phone, by email or over the net, .

Goals Counselling, Goals Hypnosis, Goals Life Coaching and Goals HR Solutions are divisions of the Company.

I am the business owner and lead provider of the business services. I have a clear vision, a set of values and an extensive network offering complementary services that drive me to work with my clients in a way that is inspiring, motivating and empowering.

I am a qualified experienced Counsellor, Clinical Cognitive Hypnotherapist and Life/Executive Coach.

I am a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy); a Fellow of the ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management); a Member of the CNHC (the Complementary and National Healthcare Council) and a Licentiate Member of the APHP (Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy).

The CNHC is the Complementary & Natural Healthcarce Council and UK Regulator for complementary healthcare practitioners. The CNHC enhances public protection by setting standards for regulation - the hallmark of quality for the sector.  This means that the public will be able to choose their practitioner with confidence by looking for the CNHC quality mark.

As a Fellow of the ILM, the Fellowship grade recognizes that I have advanced qualifications and substantial experience at a senior level in the field of leadership and management. This grade is achieved by fewer than 5% of the ILM's total membership.

My training and experiences in Counselling, Hypnotherapy and Coaching have led me to believe that a really effective psychotherapeutic approach needs to take into account the person as a whole and not just by focusing on isolated issues. Successful counselling, coaching and to an extent hypnotherapy is about helping people understand themselves better, sorting out what is holding them back and ascertaining ways to move forward with confidence, whilst at the same time removing any barriers to progress. It is about helping individuals explore areas of their life which they may not have explored previously.  This will then give them the courage to achieve their goals and ambitions, or to find inner peace enabling them to get on with their life and come to terms with their issues.

Goals Solutions are fully CRB checked having obtained the Enhanced Criminal Bureau Certificate from the Criminal Bureau Office allowing and enabling us to work with Children and Vulnerable Adults.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality implies that Goals Solutions will at all times maintain all confidences explicitly requested by the Client.

The duty on the side of the Client is that the Client must be honest with Goals Solutions at all times so that the advice and support they receive is built upon accurate premises.
